What happens when I run out of credits?

Please make sure not to run out of credits when you are conducting assessments.
If no tests are taken currently, it is not a big issue. You will have access to all your candidate data and saved assessments. We will keep prompting you to make a transaction, but you won’t lose any data.
If tests are being taken, and you run out of credits accidentally, they will be allowed to complete the test. The next candidates will be notified that the link has expired. So, at that point, you have to purchase credits to continue running the tests.
